Johnstown officials moving forward with plans to revitalize Central Park, Main Street area
Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Johnstown officials say changes are coming to Central Park and Main Street as soon as next year.
After holding an open house on Wednesday to get ideas from the public, officials say design options should be coming soon.
6 News reported in March that officials were talking about potentially relocating the War Memorial statues in Central Park, and they say that idea is still on the table.

Sophomore Dominic Albus said the Bison's offense "came in like a freight train" in the second half after Bedford extended there one-nil lead to five-nil. Shapiro supports veterans at Hollidaysburg Veterans Home in groundbreaking ceremony
Blair County, PA — Governor Josh Shapiro spoke at the Hollidaysburg veterans home, during the announcement of new additions to the facility. He also spoke directly to veteran residents, and talked about the impacts the upgrades will have.

Charges dropped against top golfer Scottie Scheffler after arrest during PGA Championship
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WSYX) — Prosecutors in Louisville, Kentucky, have dropped all charges against top golfer Scottie Scheffler following his arrest during the PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club this month.
Jefferson County Attorney Mike O'Connell spoke in court Wednesday, asking the judge to dismiss the charges.
Based upon the totality of the evidence, my office cannot move forward in the prosecution of the charges filed against Mr. Scheffler," O'Connell said during the hearing that lasted less than 10 minutes.

According to WREG, citing a legal notice, Presley's historic home will be sold off at a foreclosure sale on Thursday. Per the outlet, Presley's granddaughter, Danielle Riley Keough, is planning on fighting the sale with a lawsuit, calling the claims "fraudulent." Pizza Hut plans to hire 14,000 delivery drivers this year, including several in region
JOHNSTOWN - A Pizza Hut spokesperson said Tuesday that they plan to hire 14,000 delivery drivers by the end of the year, including several in the region.
According to the Pizza Hut website, a number of driver positions in the area need to be filled, as well as variety of other jobs.
The hiring spree comes just a few months after the Yum Brand group revealed plans to invest $130 million in the struggling pizza chain to upgrade equipment, improve restaurant technology and boost advertising spending through 2018.
